Create Custom Tests
All existing employee assessment tests are not always the best match for your requirements. There may be instances where you need to create your own custom tests which assess only the skills you choose. Psychometric.com allows you to create custom tests based on your requirements by choosing a particular set of skills. To create a custom test, sign up for a corporate account on psychometric.com and use the "Create custom test" tab to create your own custom test. You can choose the skills from a list and submit to create the test. You can then assign the test to your candidates. The results of your test taker's performance appear instantly as the tests are attempted.
